Brand-new and new-fashionedroom with AC and all the cooking utensils and a shower in the second bathroom as advertised. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Central location in a nice neighbourhood.

The rooms were brand-new with all the cooking utensils available, the staff were very attentive! The location was convenient and ideal, right by all the restaurants and the centre of Kampot and the local market, in a central area. I had coffee at Ellipse Coffee, located within 10 minutes walk.

Staying here wasn't perfect. the accommodation was neighboring a chicken farm, which crows lasted for hours on end.
